Our Wines

Canavese DOC Nebbiolo

On the terraces where the Alps meet the plains, our Nebbiolo grows among suspended vineyards and ancient pergolas, in a landscape shaped by centuries of cultivation. Here the variety finds one of its most delicate expressions: a bright, linear red that privileges fruit over structure and reveals its character with quiet clarity. Aromas of red berries and soft floral notes lift from the glass, accompanied by a subtle mineral thread that recalls the stony terraces of Montestrutto. The tannins are gentle, the palate fresh and harmonious, and the finish clean and persistent. It is a Nebbiolo that mirrors its territory: understated yet precise, suspended between mountain freshness and the openness of the plains, a faithful expression of a place where tradition meets lightness.

Canavese DOC Rosso

Rooted in the oldest traditions of the Canavese hills, our Canavese Rosso revives an 18th-century blend once treasured in local cellars. Nebbiolo meets Vernassa dal Picul Rus and the two Neretto varieties, creating a wine that is darker, softer, and more floral than pure Nebbiolo alone. It carries the fragrance of violets and white pepper, wrapped in a fuller, fruit-forward body that speaks with clarity and grace. These vines include century-old pergolas, twisted and weathered by generations of growers. Vernassa brings perfume and freshness; the Neretto grapes add delicacy and lightness; and Nebbiolo binds the blend with precision. The result is a red that honors its origins — fragrant, elegant, and quietly expressive, a living echo of the wines once poured in the old Canavese homes.
